Risk Disclaimer

The honest version: the launchpad is live and the money is real, memecoins usually go to zero, and every decision you make with your wallet is yours alone.

Last updated August 18, 2026 · Questions:

The rest of the site is a joke. This part is not. Memesly is a parody, but $MEMESLY is a real token, the launchpad mints real tokens on Solana mainnet, and real money can disappear in both places.

Read this before you buy anything, launch anything, or believe a number on a profile page. If any of it comes as a surprise, you are not ready to trade memecoins yet.

#Start here

MEMECOINS ARE AMONG THE RISKIEST ASSETS A RETAIL BUYER CAN TOUCH. THE NORMAL OUTCOME IS THAT THEY GO TO ZERO. NEVER SPEND MONEY YOU NEED FOR RENT, FOOD, MEDICINE, DEBT, OR ANYONE WHO DEPENDS ON YOU.

You can lose all of it. Not most of it, all of it, and quickly. That is not a worst case being listed out of caution. It is the ordinary result.

Nothing in this document, or anywhere else on the site, is financial, investment, tax or legal advice.

#This is live, and the money is real

The launchpad runs on Solana mainnet at memesly.io. It spent its build on a test network behind a password, where a mistake cost nothing. That is over. Every button on it now moves real value, and it does so immediately.

  • The SOL you spend is your own SOL, and nobody hands it back.
  • The tokens minted here are real tokens on a public chain. Anyone can trade them, and the price is whatever somebody will pay.
  • The launch fee is charged when the token is created, whether the token then does well, badly, or nothing at all. It is not refundable, and there is no case in which we return it.
  • $MEMESLY spent on a launch fee is burned. It is destroyed rather than collected, so nobody has it and nobody can send it back to you.
  • A launch is permanent. The token exists from the moment you sign, and it goes on existing after you have changed your mind about it.

NOBODY CAN UNDO A TRANSACTION ON SOLANA. NOT YOU, NOT US, NOT THE PEOPLE WHO WROTE THE PROGRAM, AND NOT A SUPPORT REQUEST. ONCE YOU SIGN, IT HAS HAPPENED.

There is no practice mode anymore. If you want to understand what a button does before you press it, the fees page lists every charge and the whitepaper explains the mechanics, and both are free to read for as long as you like.

#Total loss is the normal outcome

Most memecoins lose nearly all of their value within weeks of launching, and plenty manage it within hours. A handful survive, and the survivors are what you see on social media, because nobody posts a screenshot of the one that ended at zero.

$MEMESLY is a memecoin and is not exempt from any of this. It has no intrinsic value, no revenue behind it, no expectation of return, and no roadmap beyond jokes. If you buy it, buy it because the joke is worth the money you spent, and size the position accordingly.

Tokens launched through the launchpad are the same, only newer and with less history. A brand new token with no holders is not an early opportunity by default. Usually it is just a brand new token with no holders.

#Volatility

Memecoin prices move for reasons that have nothing to do with anything. A token can double and give it all back inside an hour, on volume that would not shift a real asset at all.

Thin markets amplify everything. One large sell can erase a day. One large buy can produce a chart that looks like discovery and is a single wallet.

  • Price is set by whoever is trading right now, not by value.
  • Slippage on a small market is brutal, and the price you see is not always the price you get.
  • Congestion and failed transactions arrive at exactly the moment you most want out.
  • Leverage on top of this is a way to lose faster, not a way to lose less.

#No intrinsic value and no promise of return

There is no company behind $MEMESLY distributing profits, no asset backing it, no dividend, no yield, and no claim on anything. Holding it entitles you to hold it.

Nobody here promises that any token will rise in value, hold value, get listed anywhere, stay supported, or exist at all next year. Anything on this site that sounds like a prediction is a joke, and jokes are not commitments.

If you are looking for something that pays you for holding it, this is not that, and you should be suspicious of anything claiming to be.

#Liquidity, and tokens that cannot be sold

Being able to see a price does not mean you can sell at it. Selling requires a buyer, and small tokens run out of buyers fast.

A token can become effectively untradeable. Liquidity can be pulled by whoever provided it, trading can dry up completely, aggregators can stop routing to a stale pool, and a position can sit in your wallet at a nominal value you will never actually receive.

Market cap is a multiplication, not a pile of money. Supply times last price says nothing about what the market would pay for the rest of the supply, and on a thin token the honest answer is far less.

#Smart contract risk

All of this depends on code that runs without a supervisor. The launchpad uses Meteora's Dynamic Bonding Curve program, which is third party code we did not write and cannot change, pause or upgrade. Solana itself, the SPL token program, your wallet, and every market a token later reaches are in the same category.

An audit reduces risk. It does not remove it. Audited programs have been exploited, and an audit covers one version of specific code under specific assumptions, none of which are promises about how your money behaves at three in the morning.

  • A bug can drain a pool.
  • An upgrade to a dependency can change behavior you were relying on.
  • An outage or a congestion event can stop you acting at the moment it matters.
  • A transaction you sign is final. No reversal, no chargeback, and nobody to call.

#How a bonding curve actually treats you

On the launchpad, a token's price rises along a curve as people buy. Understand the mechanics before you take part, because they are not neutral between participants.

  • Buyers who arrive early pay less than buyers who arrive later. That is the design, not an exploit.
  • If you buy late, everyone ahead of you holds at a lower cost basis and can sell into your purchase at a profit.
  • A curve that never fills means no market pool is ever created, the token never reaches open trading, and buyers hold something with nowhere to go.
  • If the curve does not fill, the creator receives nothing at all. The escrow that would hold the creator's 2% is not created unless the curve fills.

Nothing forces a curve to fill. Most will not.

#Graduation guarantees nothing

Graduation happens automatically once a curve accumulates 85 SOL. At that point 20% of supply seeds a market pool and the token trades openly. Nobody here presses a button, and nobody can trigger it early or hold it back.

Graduation is a mechanical event, not an achievement and not a signal. It means the curve filled. It does not mean the token is safe, that anyone will keep buying, or that the price goes up next. Plenty of tokens graduate and fall for the rest of their existence.

After graduation the creator's 2% unlocks, half immediately and the rest eight hours later. That is supply which can be sold into the market you are trading in. Assume it will be.

#Impersonation and scams

Anything with attention attracts people who want to take money from the people paying it. Here is the practical version, so you can check instead of guess.

  • We never send the first direct message. Not for support, not for an airdrop, not for a partnership, not for anything. A first message claiming to be Memesly is fake.
  • There is no presale, no private round, no allocation, no queue position and no early access. None of these have ever been sold and none ever will be. Anyone offering one is lying.
  • Nobody will ever need your seed phrase. Not support, not a mint, not a claim page, not a verification step. Anyone asking for it is robbing you.
  • There is one Memesly site and it is memesly.io. memesly.io forwards to it, and the older addresses we used while building are being retired the same way. Anything else that looks like Memesly and asks for your wallet is not Memesly, whatever the address bar says.
  • The launchpad is the only part of the site that ever asks for a wallet. The parody pages have no wallet connect on them at all, and signing in on the launchpad is a message signature, which costs nothing and moves nothing.

The one thing worth memorizing is the contract address. $MEMESLY is 6ZC5kpZf9kLfxwMc4QVZfGJksTLrZQUTmKJCDaaopump, and the copy in the site footer is the only one to trust. Addresses posted in replies, group chats, direct messages and lookalike sites are how people get robbed. Compare the whole string, not the first four characters, because scammers grind addresses that match at both ends.

A token using our name, our logo or our art can be created by anyone, anywhere, at any time. A token existing is not an endorsement by us.

#The numbers on this site can be wrong

Price, market cap and volume are pulled live from public DEX aggregator APIs. We do not produce that data and we cannot verify it.

  • It can lag by seconds or by considerably longer.
  • It can vanish entirely when an upstream service is down.
  • It can be wrong at the source, especially on thin pools where one trade distorts everything.
  • Rankings here are comedy, not ratings, and measure neither quality nor safety.

Do not place a trade on the strength of a number on a parody website. Verify on chain before you act.

#Regulatory uncertainty

The legal treatment of tokens is unsettled, differs by country, and changes. What is permitted where you live today may not be next year, and a regulator may take a view of an asset that its holders did not expect.

Access to a token can be restricted, a market can delist it, and a service you depend on can withdraw from your jurisdiction. None of that requires anyone to warn you first.

Complying with the law that applies to you is your responsibility. If you are unsure whether you are allowed to take part, ask a lawyer in your own country rather than a parody website.

#Taxes are your problem

Buying, selling, swapping, receiving and in some places merely holding tokens can create tax consequences. So can paying a launch fee, burning tokens, and receiving a creator allocation.

We do not track your activity, we do not know your cost basis, and we issue no tax documents of any kind. There is no report to download. Keep your own records, because reconstructing a year of transactions afterward is miserable.

Talk to a tax professional who knows your jurisdiction. We are not one.

#Nothing from the test period carries over

While the launchpad was being built it ran on a test network, and some people held test tokens from it. Those were never worth anything and they are not worth anything now.

  • A token minted during testing has no value and cannot be sold anywhere for real money.
  • A test balance is not a holding, does not convert, and entitles you to nothing on the live launchpad.
  • There is no migration, no snapshot, no claim and no airdrop for anyone who took part in testing. There never was one planned.
  • Anyone offering to buy your old test tokens, or to sell you a position from that period, is running a scam on somebody who does not know the difference.

Nothing from that period was carried into the live launchpad, by anyone.

#Nothing here is an offer

Nothing on Memesly is an offer, a solicitation or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any token, and nothing on it is financial, investment, tax or legal advice. No content here is directed at anyone for whom acting on it would be unlawful.

We are not a broker, an exchange, a dealer, an adviser, a custodian or a fiduciary. We manage nobody's money, we never hold it, and we have no relationship with you beyond serving you a web page.

EVERY DECISION YOU MAKE WITH YOUR OWN WALLET IS YOURS ALONE. IF YOU CANNOT COMFORTABLY LOSE THE ENTIRE AMOUNT, DO NOT SPEND IT.
